The first was the inauguration of workshops and events for the wine press and for professionals in this sector both in Italy and from abroad. We have also reinforced our our presence in Tuscany with a new collaboration with colleague Valentina Niccolai, new working synergically with Riccardo Gabriele. On May 12, 2009, in fact, he was named director of the producers consortium of the Montescudaio DOC appellation. And, virtually at the same time, he began working with an important young chf, Andrea Maggi, whose La Bilancia restaurant in located in Massrosa near Lucca.
